Attach human-readable source to an exact on-chain Library output. Keel hashes it, runs a deterministic readability classifier, and queues the build for review. Approval later commits the source report and build relationship in a normal versioned Library manifest.

Readability is a heuristic, not mathematical proof. Exact hashes and reproducible output decide whether a source claim is verified.
