Your artist page & creative identity

Give people a way from one work to your wider world: your name, story, collections, and the things you helped make.

Select an underlined word to see what it means.

In this guide
One work should lead to the person behind it.Artist approval describes participation.A readable Part still has reuse terms.Ask which action a permission covers.Make it feel like your page.

“People find one piece. How do they find the rest of me?”

Connect your artist identity, work, and collections while keeping attribution and permissions clear.
DISCOVERY / FOLLOW THE RELATIONSHIPTRY THE IDEA
⚒

A maker, with a story.

Your public name, biography, and profile image introduce the person behind the work.

Illustrated profile and work relationships. A creator profile is separate from a file verification verdict.

One work should lead to the person behind it.

A collector discovers Tidal Study. They should be able to find your name, your story, and the other things you have made without piecing together a dozen disconnected tabs.

Your artist profile brings public identity and work together. OnKeel Studio’s profile tools include a username, public name, biography, and image. Saving a private draft and publishing that profile are separate steps.

Artist approval describes participation.

An approved artist status belongs to the platform’s participation and discovery program. It answers whether that artist has been admitted or featured under those rules.

The CrucibleThe verification layer. Its browser checks compare recovered files with the fingerprints and sizes the work declared. For exampleA changed script fails its check before the default shell opens it.Full glossary entry → answers a different question: whether particular recovered files match the work’s declared MarkA file's computed fingerprint, also called a digest or hash. A reader recomputes it to check the bytes. For exampleChanging the sketch's background color changes its Mark. A filename alone would not reveal that change.Full glossary entry →. A featured artist can still have a missing file, and a correctly checked file does not prove artist approval.

A readable Part still has reuse terms.

A library may be technically readable while having specific permission or attribution requirements. Check the license and declared policy before including it in your own work.

The library system can describe open, paid, restricted, or submission-based participation. A stored policy describes that arrangement; it should not be mistaken for a universal permission to copy everything.

FOR EXAMPLE

A texture is available in the library

You find a texture that would suit Tidal Study.

Its MarkA file's computed fingerprint, also called a digest or hash. A reader recomputes it to check the bytes. For exampleChanging the sketch's background color changes its Mark. A filename alone would not reveal that change.Full glossary entry → can establish which file you recovered. Its reuse terms determine whether and how you may include it.

What this means for you: Read both the file evidence and the permission information. They answer different questions.

Ask which action a permission covers.

Viewing, reusing, minting, transferring, editing, and administering are separate actions. Owning a SlabThe collectible token recorded in your wallet. It identifies an owned item and points to its work. For exampleYou collect Tidal Study #7. That token is your Slab; the artwork files have their own storage records.Full glossary entry → does not automatically make you administrator of its DieThe artist's token contract. It records the Slabs, their owners or balances, supply, and presentation bindings. For exampleA Die can issue a series of 100 individually identified works.Full glossary entry →.

Technical detail: independent authority domains

Creator attribution, module library policy, mint access, artifact revision policy, token transfer approval, and contract administration are separate records. Resolve the particular operation against current contract state. A profile label or imported ABI is not authority evidence.

Make it feel like your page.

Use your biography and image to introduce the practice behind the work. Connect the correct creator account and collection records, so visitors can follow the relationship rather than trusting a copied name.

The wider vision is a personal page you can organize alongside your projects and agents. Freeform page building and editor plugins are future extensions; the current profile fields and contract records are the starting point.

FOR EXAMPLE

From a work to a practice

Someone arrives through Tidal Study #7.

Its creator and collection links give them a route to your profile and more work. Verification lets them inspect the files separately.

What this means for you: Your story and the work’s evidence support each other.
